*** Holiday rates are subject to change. A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment must be made 30 days prior to the event date. Incremental payment plans can be made to accommodate. 

ONE DAY RENTAL - $6500

HOURLY RENTALS - PARTIES & SHOWERS

Booking dates are limited to just 60 days in advance as wedding bookings do have first priority. Pricing below does not account for multi-family events (i.e. multiple graduation parties). Please contact us directly for customized pricing.

FAQs

  • We provide a portable restroom trailer for all weddings. This trailer includes flushable toilets, running water, air conditioning, toilet paper, paper towels and soap.

    Smaller events will have access to the house for restroom use.

  • We provide table and chairs for up to 100 guests. Larger events may be available upon request.

  • No, the current barn is not functional for rental use. Renovations will be coming soon!

  • Tents are not included in the rental cost. We can direct you to our preferred vendor for tent rental pricing and options.

  • Our decor inventory is continuously expanding. We currently have a few backdrop options, yard games, as well as other acessories.
